13 may, 2022 Wandering

    A great weather day!! Wish summer would stay like  this!!  The high was in the 80s & just a gentle breeze.  Perfect.  Need strong breeze at night.  I have my porch light off.  June bugs are here.  Double ick

    I slept pretty good last night.  With a nice nap.

    JR & I went to Jalisco's for supper.  I had gift number 1 for JS.  I hope he looked at it and liked it.  Too busy to talk much.

    PM joined us.  Lordy it is expensive to eat out.  Usually around $60 for the 3 of us plus a tip.  But I am too nice to say anything.  I am stressed though.

    On the way there we saw MS in the alley & chatted.  And then when we parked ET was standing outside.  He is sweet with always a smile & a greeting.  I have nicknames for MS!

    I had 3 irises blooming but I never got out to take a photo.  Maybe one more to come.  I have 3 dark red peonies that I got a photo of 2 of them.  Maybe get close ups tomorrow.  

    And I had one turkey vulture on my yard light pole..  I like having them here.  So many things have changed since Willie died.  And things should but a few "normal" things remain makes life easier somehow.  My nephew uses Willie's old white truck that he has fixed up.  I love seeing it.  Even if I get a tear in my eye.

    I forgot yesterday the best part of my doctor appointment.  I have lost 10 pounds.  No idea how!  But I am not complaining.  I doubt anyone will notice.  Probably since I never spend time with anyone but my brother.

    I had many people looking at my blog,  I thought maybe since I just let anyone see it on FB.  But I was wrong.  Only happened for 3 or 4 days.  I don't truly care.
