National Pearl Harbor Day of Remembrance

    Today was a good day for me.   Slept pretty good with the fur kids near or on the bed

    I got a call from my arthritis clinic wondering why I missed my appointment yesterday.   Called them back.   Whoever I talked to failed to cancel my appointment.   But they did make my new appointment in February.   Good to double check.

    Then I got brave concerning my Venmo account.   I tried all last night to just change my password.   I could not get my app to work on my iPhone.   So added it to my iPad.   It was so bad I almost grabbed my tequila bottle!!   I finally I deleted it everywhere on whatever.   So today it worked great on my iPad.   I was overdrawn & I needed to transfer money to it.   This morning I added the app, changed my password & worked great.   Finally!!!

    This afternoon I went to visit a great couple of great friends --- mom & son.   Had not seen either for a long time.   He is newly diagnosed  with some serious health problems.   It upsets me that someone so special has to be ill.   They worked him over yesterday so today he is sore & resting.   His mom used to cook where we ate often.   How I miss her cooking.   But she said sometime when he feels good & I am there she will fix my fave meal of hers.   I look forward to that.

    They live across the street from MM & kids.   I wrote him to look at the map in SnapChat  to see where I am!!!   Very cool.   I am now connected to my friend's mom on SnapChat.   Fun!!

    I stopped at Jalisco's for La Prima con pollo & mas queso.   Nico & I shared.   He almost did not want his normal food!!!   And we shared dessert.

    Nice to have a good day with good friends.   Need to do it more often,   I plan to.

    On the way home I saw 2 small deer.   They were hard to see,   I was scared I would hit the one.   But he actually moved in the right direction,

    Warm today.   Cooler tomorrow,   Good.   Small chance for rain or snow.   Hoping for a dry Saturday.   Then snow & rain all it wants.   Like that will happen.
