These were taken in our front yard, Jo sometimes road in the truck, sometimes just followed. I miss those days. I always knew without Willie I would be alone. I just had no idea how alone. Mostly given up on having a group of friends ever again.
Summer fast approaches
Saw 90F today so I am choosing only snowy photos today.
Today's Name Day: Urban
I am hating the approaching summer. It was 90F today but our humidity is very low, As a result we get no rain. If there is a good breeze I might sit outside with Cinder. The breeze keeps the bugs away. And thank goodness we have no cicadas here. My cousin in Kentucky has them & they will have 200 or so on their front porch. His wife chases them away but they always come back. And they do not smell nice. Yuck.
I got little sleep last night. And I did not take an afternoon nap. I got a little sleep in the morning. But after I had lunch, my stomach got really upset. No bueno. Finally it settled down & I got a nice nap. Just finished supper & so far so good. Hope tomorrow is a good day.
Cinder actually came in for a nap. When I woke up she went back outside, But I used my headphones for a long time so I woke no one up. And no one begged to go out.
Maybe storms tomorrow. Someone shared a map they saw & I saw a map on Google. They don't match. So who knows. Map I saw showed rain starting around 5pm. Then 2-3 hours later thunderstorms. Wish we could get several days of soft rain. Ha!! The dreams of fools.
