Today's Name Day: Gösta, Gustav
I just rested today. Poor sleep. Awake until almost 5am. Up early to have a video chat with JS. We talked for 30 minutes. I treasure these times. Miss him more than I can say. Life was better when he lived here.
My hip started hurting during the night. Hopefully just the change in weather. So pain cream & heating pad today.
We were not in the severe weather watch but now we are. 😱 In the west part of the state there are some awful things now. Huge hail, wind, rain. Just as harvest has started. One town had baseball size hail. Wouldn't that be fun??? 😱 In case of littlel sleep tonight, I took a short nap.
Watching the Daytime Emmys, even though it really upsets me. One particular show is always favored, Even though a much higher rated show gets ignored. Same every year. I am always shocked when someone I like wins. And now a couple got a huge honor & recognition. About time.
I called JS again like he asked me to but he must be buying groceries or something. Maybe he will call me back, Or tomorrow.
Cats were normal today. That is nice. Cinder was out until nap time. Just went out again. Watching the weather to get her in before it gets severe.
Photos today are from an abandoned or unused building on our Main Street. It fascinates me. There is a cup in a second floor window. What if it moves??? Fun thought!! Great to zoom in to see if you can see anything from the past lives in there. Food for many thoughts.
