Today's Name Day: Abraham
Having a good day. Slept good last night. Only 2 low moments. I have found something that does my blood sugars good ----- cheese crackers & peanut butter. Sometimes too many crumbs but no problem.
Super bad weather in Kansas. Driving here was ok with no dust yet. Seems the warnings west of here are much worse. Here is a photo from one of my weather apps of our wind here.
There is a fire with evacuations in Hutchinson KS. Has gotten better. Scary. Mostly in the country. And now a fires around Russell & Hoisington KS with high winds.
MM & I had lunch. plans but Lindsborg had no electricity. So we waited to see what would happen. Finally it was back on & off to town I headed. But. No parking places. I drove around the block around 5 times. The last time someone near the front door backed out. So lucky!! MM was already inside. He said the minute the power was back on the entire Jalisco's filled up!!! And they stayed busy.
MM had a gift for me. A box of hot chocolate mix & stuff --- mashmellows, spices, etc. He bought to help me with low blood sugars!!! (-; We had a nice visit!!
When we left I was suffering from eating too much & post flu. So I sat on a bench as MM said he had something else for me. And what did he bring me?? Our good friend AA!! I rarely see him. We had a nice visit & I got 5 hugs from him. Hopefully will see him & his mom while she is on vacation from the college. I hope so!! Miss him. Met him when he played soccer for Bethany College. What fun days!!
Home now & catching up on some shows. Kimmel & his ugly Christmas sweaters. They are sooo ugly!! Where do they find them???
Cats are napping no doubt in the bedroom. I should join them

When my Dad died in this country people donate money for the family to donate for something special. Dad's money helped to pay for this nativity display. It is in our church yard. Always like it with snow on it.
