Today's Name Day: Gertrud
Have had an ok day. Not warm but windy. Gusts around 40mph. Western KS is in the 60s & sunny. Not here.
My trash bins never got put up right. Trashmen set them up & picked up some trash that came out of them.
Today I saw a cat near my porch looking for food. I fed him & I went back inside. As I walked down the hallway I saw him in the yard. He was gorgeous!! Very dark grey with a striped design. This is what he looked like. I googled cats. He looked very healthy.
JR & I went to eat at Jalisco's. AJTR bought me cookies from Walmart that are to die for!! He was quite surprised when I said to him "gracias por galletas". Thanks for the cookies. He had no idea I knew the spanish word for cookies. I took a spanish class one summer & galletas was in that class. MS was so proud of both him & me able to sort of talk to each other without her help. Here are the galletas.
Then I got a message from a friend sad that I have to put up with being treated badly on Lindsborg Now. And MM was almost yelling to me some guy was saying awful things about me & rules for our group. He must have deleted that post but he posted a photo of his truck for sale with money & stuff posted that is not allowed. I deleted his post & banned him for life. And I went to block him from me personally.
I am ill prepared for photos today. I went way back in time to choose some old, old ones I either took or saved. Lots of memories to see.

Mom & her sisters. Miss them more than words can say. Aunt Thelma Arcel, Aunt Martha Lee, & Mom. Aunt Thelma went by Arcel in Lindsborg but by Thelma in Denver. I called her either one depending my mood & where we were. And her husband, Uncle Max, always made sure when I was there we spent a day up in the mountains. He knew I loved it up there. No one else ever took me there. Miss him too.
