I had a quiet day. I did not sleep much last night so I had little energy. My mind was too busy with questions that cannot be answered. My luck.
Our weather was quite nice. Not too hot or cold. A nice breeze. The prairie grasses were swaying in the air. Birds where singing often. Two turkey vultures flew over my house. The shadows looked like airplanes!! Nico was out and they were checking in case he was going to drop dead!! No such luck for them. The pond look sparkling and I had cattle near my yard. Nico & I spent time outside today.
Today was Millfest again. The last day. My brother went. He said the tours were nonstop. Usually 8 people per tour. Lots of people today and many kids yesterday. I added their advertisement so you can read what a went on. I have never been and now that walking is so painful, I never will. Too late for me.
I worked so hard on my spanish tonight. At the end you have to pass 5 tests with 40 questions & you can only miss 2. On the third miss you are out. I did number 4 at least 4 times. Number 5 went good. Once through. Started a new lesson with new words.
Kids were good today. I need that. Tomorrow is weighing heavy on me. There is no one in my life to make me feel special. I am truly not a mother any more. I can imagine the conversation between my kids. They think I have no right to set bounderies in my life for my safety. I am sure right after their father died they started looking for wills and ways to take away from me what was mine. And they did it in a way that scares me still. (Need a tequila shot now!)
Nothing special tomorrow. I wanted a weekend away from here but not sure how to take care of Cinder. Have to pay someone to feed and water her twice a day. I hate to bother anyone.
One of my photos is of rocks. The middle one is star shaped. "Rock Star?" The 3 photos put together were the moon and clouds at one morning at 5am.
